The Code of conduct of Chropynska Slovakia a. s. is an internal extension of the Labour Code, the company rules, and terms of employment. The Code contains recommendations representing the moral principles of our employees.
Our goal is that Chropynska Slovakia a. s. pursue its strategy to the fullest and prosper in accordance with honest business principles. The company’s Code of Conduct defines our basic expectations from the employees in relation to the shareholders, the work team, the customers, the business partners, the company assets and the environment.
Recommendations resulting from the Code of Conduct are binding on all employees of Chropynska Slovakia a. s., regardless of the job position and the type of employment contract.
