The engineering division in Detva, with its 60 employees, specializes in the development of fully automated advanced solutions for welding applications. This includes standalone automated welding cells, smaller lines including part assembly and tack welding, as well as large-scale automated lines involving operations such as part positioning, tack welding, final welding, sawing, grinding, automatic visual inspection of welds, dimensional inspection, straightening, machining, pressing, and other operations required to be integrated into a fully automated production process.
We cover the line design process from the initial planning of production operations and calculation of production cycle time to the creation of final production documentation, procurement of purchased components, and subsequent installation at the customer’s site, including fine-tuning of the production process.
