Manual welding

For manufactured parts of lower series, we design and manufacture jigs for manual welding. These are usually clamped in manual or electrical positioners. Our product portfolio includes positions we can deliver according to customer requirements.

Robotic welding

For manufactured parts of higher series, we design and manufacture jigs for robotic welding. These can be fitted with manual, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping. The jigs can be supplied including positioners with servo drives controlled by the robot for synchronous movement or via the PLC for positioning.

Manual clamping

Where manual clamping elements can be used within the required production cycle, we use trapezoidal screws, standardized lever clamps or machine clamps in our jigs – depending on the required force or dimensional accessibility with the welding torch. Hydraulic clamping

Hydraulics is used in situations requiring extreme clamping or pre-loading forces. We design and manufacture jigs for automated cells and other applications where it is necessary to prevent deformations through pre-loading the parts. If the thickness of the sheet exceeds 10 mm, it is necessary to use hydraulic clamps to obtain preloads.

Installation

After welding and machining the parts, it is often required to press in the housings or plain bearings. Our company also designs and supplies these single-purpose assembly workplaces. Robust, precision guaranteeing design is checked through calculations using the finite element method. Delivery includes the PLC control.
